Labour Day Olympics

Labour Day Olympics, a community initiative for construction workers of member companies of CREDAI Bengaluru, was organized on the occasion of May Day, on May 1, 2011, in Bangalore.

The event, organized jointly by CREDAI Bengaluru and Rotary Club of Bangalore - Indiranagar witnessed participation of over 450 construction workers. Running race, long jump and sack race are among sport activities conducted as part of the Labour Day Olympics.

Shri Vasant N Hittangi, Joint Labour Commissioner, Government of Karnataka was the chief guest while Shri R Nagraj, President-Elect, Shri Shankar Sastri, Secretary, and Shri S Faisal Rizvi, Joint Secretary of CREDAI Bengaluru, Shri Suresh N Patel, President, Rotary Club of Bangalore – Indiranagar and Shri Anil Nayak, CEO, CREDAI Bengaluru graced the occasion.

CREDAI Bengaluru Cricket League

CREDAI Bengaluru Cricket League (CBCL), a community sporting initiative is being planned in Bangalore for realty professionals. The CBCL is a tennis ball tournament, and promoting team spirit among realty professionals is principal theme of the League. Member companies of CREDAI Bengaluru are eligible to participate in this League.

The CBCL will be a league-cum-knock out tournament. Winner of the League will get Champion Trophy. Other notable awards include: Man of the League, Best Batsman and Best Bowler apart from Man of the Match awards for all matches. Matches will be held in Bangalore on weekends beginning March 10, 2012.
